Pashupati Cotspin Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from Financial Year 2026-27 to Financial Year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
