Gemstone Investments re-appointed Dwivedi and named A. Raghavendra Rao as auditors

Gemstone Investments Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, who retires by rotation, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and appointed M/s. A. Raghavendra Rao & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year period commencing from fiscal year 2026-27. The company will hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, in Mumbai, and appointed M/s. Jaymin Modi & Co as the scrutinizer for the meeting.
