TVS Sensing Solutions acquires 51% stake in Weber Drivetrain for Rs 10,00,000

TVS Srichakra Limited announced that its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, TVS Sensing Solutions Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Weber Drivetrain Private Limited from G-Power Energy & Technology Private Limited on August 31, 2026, for Rs 10,00,000. The acquisition, initially announced on July 19, 2026, was previously disclosed with a consideration of Rs 1,43,00,000, which has now been clarified and modified.
