Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 3, 2026, recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Sushmita Jeetendra Shete as a director, approved convening the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members for the financial year 2025-26 on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, and appointed Mr. Shravan Gupta of Shravan A. Gupta & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process and appointed M/s Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd. as the service provider for conducting the e-voting and video conferencing for the upcoming AGM.
