Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited allotted shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 46,978 equity shares, comprising 23,489 shares from the exercise of vested stock options and 23,489 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment, approved by the company’s Stakeholders Relationship Committee on September 3, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 11,74,84,732 to Rs 11,75,31,710, with the exercise price set at Rs 1 per option.
