Empower India Limited re-appointed a director and auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval

Empower India Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of director Mr. Satyawan Jankar, liable to retire by rotation, and the appointment of M/s. Nagadheep Sathyanarayana & Co. as the Statutory Auditor for a period of five years, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.
