Asian Star Company Limited has fixed September 21, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share, as recommended by the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026.
