Siddha Ventures reappoints Pradeep Sethia, appoints Chaitali Paul as Independent Director

Siddha Ventures Limited announced on Thursday, September 3, 2026, the reappointment of Mr. Pradeep Sethia, and the appointment of Ms. Chaitali Paul as an Independent Women Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. Vidhya Baid & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, both appointments also pending shareholder approval, and authorized certain directors to handle the poll process and e-voting.
