Agribio Spirits Limited, formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited, has set Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The dividend payment, subject to approval at the company's 51st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, will be made within 30 days of that meeting.
