Shareholders approve SEIL ESOP 2026, extending benefits to affiliated company employees

Susan Electricals India Limited held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, where shareholders approved the Susan Electricals India Limited - Employees Stock Option Plan, 2026 (“SEIL ESOP 2026”) and a resolution to extend the benefits of the plan to employees of its holding company, subsidiary companies, associate companies, and group companies. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Charan Singh as an Additional Director, and noted that its shares were listed on the BSE SME Platform on June 18, 2026.
