Max Healthcare to invest Rs 87.87 crore in subsidiary Kalinga Hospital for expansion

Max Healthcare Institute Limited announced that its Renewable Energy and Subsidiary Investment Committee approved an additional investment of Rs 87.87 crore by way of subscription to equity shares on a rights basis in Kalinga Hospital Ltd., a subsidiary, to support capital expenditure, modernization, and general corporate requirements, with the transaction expected to be completed within the next 15 days.
