Source Natural Foods names Tejagna K. Katpitia as CFO, effective September 2026

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited appointed Tejagna K. Katpitia, currently an Executive Director, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective September 3, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of K B Nambiar & Associates as its Statutory Auditors, subject to member approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting, and approved the Directors Report for the financial year 2025-26. The annual general meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, and will be held via video conference.
