Netweb Technologies India Limited allotted shares to employees under its 2023 stock option plan

Netweb Technologies India Limited announced the allotment of 1,645 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to eligible employees under its “Netweb Employee Stock Option Plan 2023,” following a resolution by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 3, 2026. The allotment increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 11,88,91,812 consisting of 5,94,45,906 shares to Rs 11,88,95,102 consisting of 5,94,47,551 shares, and the company plans to seek listing and trading approvals for the shares shortly.
