Source Natural Foods appoints K B Nambiar & Associates as statutory auditors

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited appointed M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates as the company’s statutory auditors, succeeding M/s. Srinaga & Giridharan, whose term expires at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company also appointed Mr. Tejagna K. Katpitia, currently an Executive Director, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 3, 2026. The annual general meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, and will be held via video conference.
