SUGS Lloyd Limited has received a Letter of Intent from TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) for a three-year Maintenance Contract of HT & LT Network, with an aggregate order value of Rs 24,63,21,978 (including GST), distributed as Rs 8,21,07,326 per year. The LOI, received on September 2, 2026, pertains to a domestic contract to be executed from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, and does not involve any related-party transactions or interests from the company's promoters or group entities, as disclosed in a filing with the BSE Limited.

Trading volume reached 31000 shares today, a decrease of 11.43% from the one-week average volume. Sugs Lloyd Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 2.71% loss.
