Balkrishna Industries secures committee approval to issue Rs 550 crore in debentures

Balkrishna Industries Ltd. announced that its finance committee approved the issuance of up to Rs 550,00,00,000 in rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures in three series to eligible investors, with tenures of 1 year, 11 months and 29 days, 3 years, and 4 years, and coupon rates of 7.35%, 7.38%, and 7.40% respectively. The debentures will be listed on the BSE Limited.
