Vedant Fashions Limited announced the appointments of Nihir Parikh and Neetu Kashiramka as Additional Independent Directors, effective September 2, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. The appointments were recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Kashiramka will also serve on the Audit Committee. Simultaneously, Vedant Fashions Limited confirmed the end of Tarun Puri’s tenure as a director on September 5, 2026, marking the completion of his term. Neither new director has any existing relationships with Vedant Fashions Limited’s leadership and are not restricted from holding directorships by regulatory authorities.
