Vedant Fashions Limited announced September 2, 2026, the appointments of Nihir Parikh and Neetu Kashiramka as Additional Independent Directors, both effective immediately and subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Parikh, formerly CEO of Nykaa Fashion and NykaaMan, brings extensive experience in consumer technology and e-commerce, while Kashiramka, a Chartered Accountant and former Managing Director & CFO of VIP Industries Limited, possesses expertise in finance and corporate governance. The appointments were recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Kashiramka is expected to join the Audit Committee. Concurrently, Vedant Fashions confirmed the end of Tarun Puri’s tenure on September 5, 2026, and noted that neither new director is related to existing company leadership or debarred by regulatory authorities.
