MPS Pharmaa schedules annual meeting, proposes director appointment and auditor reappointment

MPS Pharmaa Limited, formerly Advik Laboratories Limited, announced that its board has scheduled the 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at its registered office in Sohna, Haryana. The board also recommended the appointment of Ms. Anchal Goyal as an independent director for a five-year term and the reappointment of M/s. Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co. as statutory auditors for a further five-year term, both effective from the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting.
