Nexus Surgical appoints Anish More as Managing Director for three years, effective September 2026

Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anish More (DIN 11070098) as an Additional Director (Executive) effective September 2, 2026, and proposed his appointment as Managing Director for a three-year term from September 2, 2026, to September 1, 2029, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting; Mr. More will receive an annual remuneration of Rs 24,00,000, subject to member approval.
