Vivid Mercantile Limited named P H Shah and Co. as auditor for five years

VIVID MERCANTILE LIMITED has appointed M/s P H Shah and Co. as its statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 to fiscal year 2030–31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on September 02, 2026, and is in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
