Birla Transasia Carpets Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved an alteration of the company's main object clause, subject to necessary approvals, to include businesses such as health and wellness, lifestyle and apparel products, jewellery, and related services, as well as research and development in areas including nutrition, biotechnology, and wearable technologies.
