Ashoka Refineries Limited named KCMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years

Ashoka Refineries Limited has appointed KCMG & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 009518C), as its Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Batra Deepak & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 005408C), effective September 2, 2026, pending member approval at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting; the board also recommended KCMG & Associates for a five-year term from the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting, also subject to member approval.
