VIVID MERCANTILE LIMITED has appointed M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 to fiscal year 2030–31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
