VIJI Finance Limited appointed DDS & Associates as statutory auditors, effective immediately

VIJI Finance Limited informed the BSE, NSE, and CSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. DDS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors, replacing M/s. Dharmendra K Agarwal & Co., Chartered Accountants, subject to member approval within three months. The appointment, effective from the date of approval until the next annual general meeting, was made at a board meeting held on September 2, 2026.
