Clenon Enterprises Limited, formerly known as G.R.Cables Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 7, 2026, to consider and approve the 35th Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting, and to amend the Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association, among other business items; the company will also appoint M/s Pawan Jain & Associates as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
