Bhudevi Infra Projects’ board approves share capital increase, schedules annual meeting

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited announced that its board approved an increase in the authorized share capital from Rs 6,00,00,000 divided into 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 10,00,00,000 divided into 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, subject to shareholder approval, and scheduled the 34th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., with a record date of September 23, 2026, and e-voting period from September 27, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to September 29, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., also appointing Mrs. N. Vanitha as the scrutinizer for the meeting.
