Baazar Style Retail appoints Harish Chander Khurana, withdraws cases against Cupid Limited

Baazar Style Retail Limited announced the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment of Mr. Harish Chander Khurana as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of five years, and the additional designation of Mr. Shreyans Surana, currently Managing Director, as Chairman of the Company, effective September 2, 2026. Additionally, the company will withdraw cases filed against Cupid Limited & Ors. pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipore Court, as part of an amicable resolution process.
