Fine Organic Industries acquires 80% stake in Oleofine Organics for up to RM 3,42,08,000

Fine Organic Industries Limited announced it has executed Share Transfer Agreements with existing shareholders of Oleofine Organics SDN. BHD. (“OFM”) to acquire an 80% equity stake, with 50% being acquired from Smoothex Chemicals Private Limited, a promoter group entity, and the balance 30% from other existing shareholders. The aggregate cost of acquisition is up to RM 3,42,08,000, equivalent to approximately Rs 80.28 crores, and the transaction will be conducted on an arm’s length basis.
