Charms Industries Limited appointed M/s Nisarg Sharma as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Charms Industries Limited said its board approved the appointment of M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to member approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The board also approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association, including the inclusion of businesses related to iron and steel, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and real estate, and the adoption of a new set of Articles of Association aligned with the Companies Act, 2013.
