Natural Capsules is undertaking a preferential allotment of 4,50,000 convertible warrants to Mr. Sunil Mundra, a promoter, to raise Rs 8.01 Crores, approximately $9.7 million USD. The funds will primarily be used to meet working capital requirements, with a potential reallocation to capital expansion initiatives if opportunities arise. Following the allotment and assuming full conversion of warrants, the promoter and promoter group’s shareholding will increase to 53.44%, while public shareholding will decrease to 46.56%. The allotment complies with Securities and Exchange Board of India (ICDR) Regulations, and the company has obtained a certificate confirming this compliance. The funds are expected to be utilized within 18 months from the allotment date, September 10, 2026.
