Ascensive Educare seeks shareholder approval to expand workforce and HR service offerings

Ascensive Educare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved an alteration to the company’s Memorandum of Association to enable it to provide end-to-end workforce and human resource management services, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The board also approved the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026 and scheduled the 14th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026, at the corporate office in Kolkata.
