The board also discussed and proposed the acquisition of a subsidiary company, GeeBee Card & Financial Services Private Limited, and appointed Mr. Devender Singh (M.No: A76094 and CoP: 28056), a Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
