Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 2, 2026, where shareholders approved a special resolution for the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters, promoter group, and non-promoter categories on a private placement basis. The meeting, chaired by Anand Kabra, was conducted via video conferencing and included participation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, along with representatives from the Secretarial and Statutory Auditors.
