Sanrhea Technologies sets record date for a Rs 1.50 per share dividend payment

Sanrhea Technologies Ltd. has informed the BSE that Friday, September 11, 2026, has been set as the record date for determining members eligible for a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share, representing 15% of the face value, for the financial year 2025-26, contingent upon shareholder approval at the company's 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026, with payment expected to commence on or after October 1, 2026.
