Godrej Properties Ltd. has announced credit rating actions for its outstanding debt instruments, as communicated by ICRA Limited in a letter dated September 02, 2026. ICRA Limited reaffirmed the [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) rating for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 5,250 crore, reaffirmed the [ICRA]A1+ rating for Commercial Paper, assigning it for an enhanced amount of Rs 4,000 crore (previously Rs 3,500 crore), reaffirmed the [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) long-term rating and [ICRA]A1+ short-term rating for fund-based/non-fund-based bank facilities, assigning them for an enhanced amount of Rs 13,000 crore (previously Rs 11,000 crore), with no other rating agencies involved and no withdrawals reported.
