Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. will provide shareholders with the facility to exercise their voting rights electronically at the company’s 31st Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, utilizing e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL'), with a record date of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and voting period commencing Friday, September 25, 2026, at 9.00 A.M. and ending Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5.00 P.M.
