Shriram Asset Management Company Limited announced the allotment of 1,56,640 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to 4 employees under the ‘Shriram Asset Management Company Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2022’, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on September 2, 2026. The allotment, approved through a circular resolution, increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 16,98,06,960 to Rs 17,13,73,360.
