SRM Contractors Limited plans to raise funds via equity shares or convertible instruments

SRM Contractors Limited, formerly known as SRM Contractors Private Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal to raise funds through the issue of equity shares or convertible instruments via public and/or private offerings, including a qualified institutions placement, and to finalize the draft Director report for the financial year 2025-26.
