GCM Commodity & Derivatives Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to approve the Directors Report for the fiscal year 2025-26, confirm the re-appointment of Mr. Amalesh Sadhu as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years, and re-appoint Mrs. Urmi Bose as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, among other items.
