Birla Transasia Carpets Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved an alteration of the company's main object clause, subject to necessary approvals, to include businesses related to health, wellness, preventive healthcare, lifestyle products, apparel, jewellery, and related services, as detailed in an enclosed annexure.
