Vishal Mega Mart Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has upgraded the company and its bank loan facilities to ‘IND AA+’ from ‘IND AA’, with a Stable Outlook, while affirming the short-term bank loan facilities at ‘IND A1+’; specifically, the bank loan facilities amounting to Rs 2,550 million received the upgraded long-term rating and affirmed short-term rating, and the issuer rating was also upgraded to ‘IND AA+/Stable’.
