Capri Global Capital approved U.S.$300 million in notes due 2029, listed on IFSC exchanges

Capri Global Capital Limited announced that its management committee approved the pricing, tenure, and other terms of U.S.$300,000,000 in 7.55% senior secured notes due 2029, to be issued under a U.S.$1,000,000,000 global medium term note programme, and the pricing supplement will be submitted to and the notes listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE IFSC Limited.
