AV AC DC Renew pledged shares in Ampvolts Limited to Cholamandalam Securities for a loan

AV AC DC Renew Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited the creation of a pledge of 37,03,704 equity shares of Ampvolts Limited, formerly known as Quest Softech (India) Limited, in favor of Cholamandalam Securities Limited, on August 26, 2026, for a working capital loan availed by Ampvolts Limited. The pledge represents 26.07% of the total share capital of Ampvolts Limited, and AV AC DC Renew Private Limited’s holding, which was previously 1,42,05,278 shares, now has 34,64,521 shares encumbered.
