Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited announced it has received an order for Rs 24.48 crores from Transport Corporation of India Limited for the manufacture, supply, and commissioning of one rake comprising Type: ACT -1 & BVCM wagons. The domestic order, awarded on September 1, 2026, is to be executed within 16 weeks and does not involve any related party transactions; Texmaco disclosed this information in compliance with SEBI’s listing obligations and disclosure requirements.
