Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited, announced the appointment of M/s Shah Karia & Associates as its statutory auditor for five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, and M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as its secretarial auditor for the same period, both subject to member approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company also appointed Mrs. Barkha Chaturvedi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, and Mr. Muzaffarhusen Nazirhusen Shaikh as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, while noting the resignation of M/s Neelam Somani and Associates as secretarial auditors, also effective September 1, 2026. The company’s 16th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
