Guru Krupa Gems appoints Shah Karia & Associates as auditor for five years

Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems & Jewellery Limited, announced the appointment of M/s Shah Karia & Associates as its Statutory Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, according to a filing on September 1, 2026.
