The offer received bids for 0.37 crore units as against 0.31 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Rays of Belief Ltd IPO received bids for 37,08,902 units as against 31,37,810 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:08 IST on Tuesday (1 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.18 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 3 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 227 per share to 239 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 62 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 125 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 125 crore.
