The offer received bids for 0.16 crore units as against 0.68 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Purple Style Labs Ltd IPO received bids for 16,17,538 units as against 68,49,816 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:08 IST on Tuesday (1 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.24 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 31 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 546 per share to 575 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 26 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 680 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 680 crore.
