Regency Fincorp Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of Listed/Rated/Secured/Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis to residents and non-residents, as well as the appointment of a Debenture Trustee for the debentures, according to a regulatory filing.
